IGNITE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Overview

Ignite is a 3-month mastermind immersion program led by Leigh McSwan, designed to support nutritionists in redefining, restructuring, and scaling their businesses in alignment with purpose, prosperity, and sustainability.
By enrolling in Ignite (“the Program”), you (“the Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Program Inclusions

Ignite includes:

3 group calls per month (via Zoom)

Private Telegram group access

Weekly coaching access (1 day per week)

Daily community channel for peer and mentor support

Hot seat coaching opportunities

Course development and strategic guidance

All sessions are hosted live by Leigh McSwan or a designated team member. Replays are provided for group calls when available.

3. Duration

The Program runs for 3 consecutive months beginning on the official start date communicated by Leigh McSwan.

Access to community spaces (Telegram, replays, etc.) will close one week after the Program ends, unless otherwise stated.

4. Payments

Payment is due in full or through an approved payment plan upon enrollment.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of participation level or circumstances.

If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as outlined at checkout. Failure to complete payment may result in removal from the Program and loss of access to materials.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the high-touch and limited nature of Ignite, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once payment is made. Please enroll with full commitment and intention.

6. Participation & Conduct

Participants are expected to show up with integrity, respect, and professionalism toward Leigh and all members of the community.
Disrespectful, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, frameworks, and resources provided within Ignite are the intellectual property of Leigh McSwan.
You may not share, reproduce, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by fellow participants and the facilitator within the Program.
This includes business strategies, personal stories, and any proprietary content.

9. Disclaimer

Leigh McSwan is not a lawyer, financial advisor, or therapist. The Program is designed for educational and mentorship purposes only.
Your success in the Program depends on your own effort, participation, and implementation of the strategies discussed. No guarantees are made regarding income or business outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

By enrolling, you release and hold harmless Leigh McSwan, her team, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the Program.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the provincial and federal laws of Alberta, Canada.

12. Agreement

By completing your enrollment and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
